Our Flat
The modern "Sweet Holiday" is located at the first floor of a building of the early '900 and it is made of a living room at the entrance, a sunny and well equipped kitchen and a fashionable and large bedroom with a quite ceiling-fan regulated in intensity, direction and brightness. Moreover, you can find free WiFi and a TV. The comfortable bathroom is equipped with a shower box, a toilet, a bidet and an hair-dryer. Then the guests may enjoy a kit for toilet, smelling parfumes of candels and floreal lotions.
At the check-in guests will have all tips for events, restaurants, and ways to follow and enjoy during their holiday spot.
the living room
At the entrance you will be soon into the living room is equipped with a modern soft sofa bed and an elegant armchair.
As soon as you will be in, you will appreciate the quite atmosphere of the house, where guests may spend their time, reading a book or a newspaper in completely relax.
the bedroom
La bedroom is very brightness and larger than others rooms of the house. You will be immerse in a really quite area. It is stylish furnished with an elegant wardrobe, a comfortable soft bed and a fashionable wall-mirror. The furniture is completed by a large desk, a comfortable dresser and a cabinet as storage. Likewise the bedroom is provided with a brightness ceiling fan.
If you need, you may always request a cot/crib.
the kitchen
The room is bright and well equipped with lots of electrical appliance, such as a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an eletrical oven, an hob and an espresso coffe machine or a moka in case of loving the real Italian coffe. Moreover a small pantry near the main table with 4 chairs, complete this private area.
